Lawyer (Pro Bono | Unpaid) to an Intl Edu Consultant & Pastor

The Volunteer Lawyer will provide comprehensive legal support across multiple areas of law to an international educational consultant and pastor engaged in education, ministry, advocacy, human capital & other development initiatives. This role requires a versatile legal professional capable of advising on business structuring, nonprofit governance, litigation, and cross-border matters, ensuring compliance and protecting organizational interests.

Reports to: International Educational Consultant & Pastor

Location: Nigeria (with flexibility for remote and international collaboration)

Commitment: Part-time, unpaid, volunteer basis

Qualifications

1. Licensed to practice law in Nigeria (additional international qualifications are an advantage).

2. Broad knowledge across multiple legal fields, including business, nonprofit, education, litigation, and intellectual property law.

3. Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.

4. Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal professionals.

5. Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and integrity.

6. Passion for education, ministry, and community development.
