Lead Ecosystem Program Manager

Lead Ecosystem Program Manager Kyivstar is building the foundation of a digital ecosystem connecting millions of users across multiple products and companies. We are looking for a Lead Ecosystem Program Manager who will help turn complex cross-company initiatives into scalable, well-orchestrated solutions — starting with the launch of a unified identity platform. If you enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives from idea to execution — this role could be your next big challenge. What you’ll do Build and own the master program roadmap, translating strategic goals into clear execution plans Drive delivery from MVP launch to scaling, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and priorities Coordinate business, product, analytics, and technology teams across multiple independent entities Facilitate alignment between companies, functions, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution Establish governance processes, steering committees, and decision-making frameworks Escalate risks, trade-offs, and blockers in a timely and transparent manner Partner with Strategy and Finance teams to shape business cases and support C-level decision-making Challenge delivery and implementation approaches to improve feasibility, speed, and business impact Track program KPIs together with Analytics teams and ensure expected outcomes are achieved post-launch Create clarity and momentum in a fast-changing, non-linear environment What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience as a Senior/Lead Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional or cross-company initiatives Strong program delivery and stakeholder management skills in complex matrix organizations Ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into structured plans and measurable actions Experience managing dependencies, priorities, and delivery under uncertainty High level of ownership, resilience, pragmatism, and accountability Ability to influence and drive progress without direct authority Strong business mindset combined with confidence working alongside technology teams Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and data architecture concepts will be a plus Experience communicating with senior leadership and facilitating executive-level decision-making Why Kyivstar Opportunity to build infrastructure and products that impact millions of users daily Direct collaboration with top leadership across multiple businesses and strategic initiatives High level of autonomy and ownership in solving complex ecosystem challenges Dynamic environment where your ideas and decisions will directly shape business outcomes Professional team that values collaboration, speed, and continuous improvement Kyivstar is one of Ukraine’s largest digital operators, serving millions of customers and building products that shape the country’s digital future.
