Lead Generation / Cold Email Specialist

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Email & Automation) who is highly skilled in outbound prospecting, cold email campaigns, and leveraging AI-driven tools. You’ll play a vital role in building high-quality prospect lists, driving outreach campaigns, and ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect lists using AI tools such as Clay and Smartlead.ai. Craft and send targeted cold email campaigns designed to engage decision-makers and generate leads. Continuously optimize campaigns for deliverability, open rates, and response rates. Use AI-driven data enrichment to ensure lists are accurate, relevant, and targete Track, log, and manage outreach activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Go High Level, Salesforce, etc.). Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including open, reply, and conversion metrics. Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging and target industries. Skills & Qualifications: At least 3 years’ experience in cold email, lead generation, and outbound prospecting. Hands-on experience with Smartlead.ai, Clay, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar tools. Strong copywriting ability for persuasive and personalized cold outreach. Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management. Proven results in setting up and running cold email campaigns with measurable success. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Positive, professional, and collaborative—able to work closely with both UK and PH teams. A creative problem solver who brings new ideas to improve outreach success.
