Lead Network Engineer

We're partnering with an established international organisation looking for an experienced IT Network Team Lead to take ownership of its enterprise network environment and manage a team of 3–4 engineers.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with people management, taking responsibility for a large-scale, multi-site network infrastructure while helping shape its future development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of 3–4 network engineers.
• Overseeing the performance, security and reliability of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Driving network improvements, modernisation and technical projects.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
• Contributing to network architecture and security strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Strong enterprise networking experience, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF and MPLS.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls, ideally Palo Alto Networks.
• Previous technical leadership or team management experience.
• Knowledge of network security and Zero Trust principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German (C1 minimum) and good English (B2 minimum).
