- 2–3 years of experience in L&D, Training, or Customer Service within an offshore, BPO, or shared services environment.
- Experience supporting offshore teams and international clients, preferably Australian-based.
- Technical Trainer experience in a technical industry is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in developing training modules and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop learning programs aligned with business requirements.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, with familiarity in LMS and training reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Assist in designing, scheduling, and delivering training programs, workshops, seminars, and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement career path programs and individual development plans to support employee growth and progression.
- Coordinate training logistics, including venue arrangements, training materials, resources, and participant communications.
- Develop, maintain, and update training modules, learning materials, and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Facilitate training sessions and support Training the Trainer initiatives when required.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation, monitoring employee participation, completion, and learning progress.
- Gather and analyze participant feedback and training evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare training reports covering learning activities, participation, outcomes, and the overall impact of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads, managers, and relevant stakeholders to identify training needs and align learning programs with business requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, learning methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
