Learning Consultant / Learning Specialist / Learning Programme Executive

Role Description This part-time remote role focuses on designing, delivering, and supporting learning initiatives for Hope Madagascar’s programs and partners. The Learning Consultant / Learning Specialist / Learning Programme Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify learning needs, define objectives, and develop tailored learning pathways. Daily tasks include creating and updating training materials, coordinating online workshops or coaching sessions, and managing learning activities through digital platforms or learning management tools. The role involves monitoring learner progress, gathering feedback, and using data to improve content and delivery methods. The specialist will also provide consulting support on best practices in training and learning, ensuring all initiatives are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training & Development, including designing and facilitating effective learning sessions.
• Experience with Learning Management and use of digital tools or platforms to organize, track, and report on learning activities.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design, creating clear, engaging, and learner-centered materials for diverse audiences.
• Consulting skills to assess learning needs, recommend solutions, and support stakeholders in implementing learning strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and respectfully.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Experience in international development, education, or nonprofit settings is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with online collaboration tools and basic data analysis to evaluate learning outcomes and continuous improvement.
