Role Description
The Learning Programs Lead is a remote volunteer role responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives at Projexa Hub. This role includes coordinating training schedules, managing learning cohorts, and collaborating with facilitators and mentors to ensure engaging, outcomes-focused sessions. The Learning Programs Lead will analyze learner feedback and performance data to refine curricula, enhance learning materials, and align programs with participant needs and market trends. Day-to-day activities also involve managing learning platforms, maintaining communication with participants, and supporting community-building efforts across the hub’s programs.
