Volunteer Manager (Lagos, Nigeria)

Role Description: The Volunteer Manager (Lagos, Nigeria) is a volunteer role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines fieldwork and work from home.

Your main job is to manage all the volunteers that run different programs across the state of Lagos. Making sure they are keeping their promises, doing their field work and come to the meetings. At any point in time we have between 10 and 30 volunteers. But the work itself is only between 5-10h a week.

It is an unpaid volunteer role for now, but within 3 months it can become a full-time paid role if you prove to be trustworthy and honest. For this role, all you need is a phone with a camera.
