Role Description: The Community Volunteer role at PAC Global is a part-time remote position focused on supporting and engaging the global product community. Day-to-day tasks may include welcoming new members, moderating online discussions, and helping organize virtual events such as meetups, webinars, or workshops. The volunteer will assist with community communications, including drafting announcements, sharing resources, and collecting feedback to improve the member experience. Additional responsibilities may involve coordinating with mentors, speakers, and community partners, as well as contributing ideas for new initiatives that foster collaboration and learning. Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and inclusively with a diverse global community.
• Comfort with online collaboration tools and social platforms, including experience participating in or moderating virtual communities or events.
• Organizational and time-management skills to support event coordination, follow through on commitments, and handle multiple tasks in a part-time, remote setting.
• Interest in product management, technology, or professional development, with a willingness to learn from and contribute to community-wide knowledge sharing.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with PAC Global team members and volunteers.
• Prior volunteer or community-building experience is beneficial but not required; we welcome all backgrounds and levels of experience.
