Leasing Specialist

Role Description The Leasing Specialist role at Star Sports Ads is a part-time, remote position focused on managing advertising lease and sponsorship agreements across sports properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries from potential and existing partners, guiding them through lease terms, and ensuring accurate documentation and administration of agreements. The Leasing Specialist will support resident or client retention by providing responsive customer service and maintaining positive long-term relationships. The role also involves coordinating lease renewals, tracking contract timelines, communicating updates to internal teams, and assisting with basic reporting on leased inventory and partner commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
• Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including reviewing, tracking, and maintaining agreement records.
• Background in Resident Retention or client relationship management, with a focus on renewals and ongoing partner satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time environment with reliable time management and self-organization.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) and comfort learning new systems.
• Prior experience in leasing, sales support, account coordination, or sports/marketing environments is beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
