Part-Time Sales Specialist (Remote)

Safrio is looking for a motivated and organised Sales Specialist to support our hotel partnership activities across the UAE.

This is a part-time, remote position, ideal for someone with good communication skills who is comfortable making outbound calls and coordinating with hotel representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to hotels across the UAE to collect relevant hotel information and establish initial contact.
• Contact Travel Agent representatives to arrange appointments and meetings for Safrio's Co-Founder.
• Conduct follow-up calls to maintain communication and move potential partnerships forward.
• Send emails to hotels when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contact details, feedback and follow-up activities in the company CRM.
• Ensure all assigned calls and follow-ups are completed within the agreed timeframe.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales or customer service is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with hotel representatives.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Good time management, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.

Working Arrangement

• Salary: AED 1,500 - 2,000 per month.
• Working hours: Approximately 2–3 hours per day.
• Working days: Monday to Friday.
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off.
• Location: Fully remote – no office attendance required.
• Flexibility: Work can be carried out remotely, provided assigned calls are completed on time and the CRM is kept up to date.
