Project Sales Engineer

Role Description The Project Sales Engineer role is a part-time hybrid position based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on identifying and developing project-based sales opportunities that align with Empower IMG’s mission and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential partners, preparing and presenting tailored sales proposals, and managing project sales pipelines from initial contact through closing. The Project Sales Engineer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand community needs, translate them into viable offerings, and ensure a high level of customer service and relationship management. The role also involves tracking sales performance metrics, providing regular reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project-focused sales skills, including Project Sales and Sales, with experience managing end-to-end opportunity cycles.
• Candidates should possess effective interpersonal skills, including Communication and Customer Service, to build trust with partners and community stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess leadership and organizational skills related to Sales Management, including pipeline oversight and performance tracking.
• Relevant experience in technical or solution-based sales, preferably in education, healthcare, or nonprofit/community-focused environments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with self-directed time management and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in project and sales roles.
• Comfort working in a diverse, international environment and a strong alignment with Empower IMG’s mission of supporting non-US medical graduates.
