Role Description The Life Planner is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding clients through comprehensive life and financial planning. On a day-to-day basis, the Life Planner will meet with clients virtually to understand their goals, assess their financial situation, and recommend appropriate insurance and wealth strategies. The role includes preparing and presenting customized plans, monitoring client progress, and adjusting strategies as life circumstances change. The Life Planner will also collaborate with internal teams, maintain detailed client records, and stay informed about financial products and regulatory requirements. This position involves proactive outreach, client follow-up, and participation in marketing and education initiatives to support business growth while delivering high-quality advisory services.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of insurance solutions, including life and general insurance, and the ability to explain coverage options clearly to clients.
- Proven sales skills for identifying client needs, presenting recommendations, and closing advisory engagements in a consultative manner.
- Marketing abilities to support client acquisition and engagement, including basic digital outreach and relationship-building strategies.
- Experience in general insurance planning and risk assessment, with a focus on aligning coverage with long-term life and financial goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships in a remote environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client cases, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with remote work tools and technology for virtual meetings, secure document sharing, and CRM systems.
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses in insurance or financial services (or willingness to obtain), and prior experience in financial advisory or a related field is beneficial.
