Litigation Associate | Leading Irish Law Firm | Dublin (Hybrid)

Our client, a leading Irish law firm, is looking for an Associate to join its market-leading Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations practice in Dublin.

The team handles all types of commercial and corporate disputes, including those arising from commercial agreements, the financial markets, M&A, share dealings and banking transactions. It also has a strong investigations practice and deep experience across arbitration, mediation, conciliation and expert determination. The international arbitration side acts on high-value, multi-party, cross-jurisdictional matters for clients across every sector.

You’ll act for domestic and international clients on complex, high-profile matters, often as part of cross-border and multi-disciplinary teams. Associates get real ownership of their files, direct contact with senior decision-makers, and a clear path to progression. You’ll also help supervise trainees, contribute to business development and thought leadership, and use the firm’s legal technology and AI tools in your day-to-day work.

The team is looking for a solicitor with around three years’ litigation experience. You’ll need strong academics, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and good commercial instincts. They also want someone who stays calm under pressure and works well with colleagues and clients alike. Experience in commercial disputes, financial services litigation, regulatory investigations or arbitration would be particularly welcome.
