Litigation PI Case Manager

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Florida Litigation Case Manager to manage personal injury cases after a lawsuit has been filed. The ideal candidate has experience with Florida personal injury litigation, coordinating with attorneys, tracking court deadlines, managing discovery, and communicating with clients throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases throughout the litigation process.

Coordinate with attorneys regarding case status, strategy, and upcoming deadlines.

Track court dates, filing deadlines, hearings, depositions, and other litigation events.

Assist with preparing and organizing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.

Coordinate discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.

Follow up with clients to obtain information and documents needed for their cases.

Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation-related appointments.

Communicate with opposing counsel, court personnel, clients, and other relevant parties as authorized.

Request and organize medical records, billing statements, and other supporting documentation.

Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files.

Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines.

Provide regular case updates to clients in English and Spanish.

Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, records, and case materials.

Handle Florida PIP, BI, PD, and UM claims as applicable to assigned cases.

Qualifications

Experience as a personal injury litigation case manager or litigation paralegal.

Knowledge of Florida personal injury litigation procedures. ( preferred but not required )

Familiarity with pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

Experience tracking court deadlines and managing litigation calendars.

Experience coordinating with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers.

Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases independently.

Proficiency in case management software and digital documentation.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
