LNA Classroom Lab Instructor Spring 2027

We are seeking candidates to join our team and help us shape the future of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire! We are seeking qualified, dedicated candidates who are looking for part-time teaching opportunities. Adjunct appointments are temporary and for a specified contract period only.
CCSNH has established employer status within the New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island). In compliance with CCSNH policies and state regulations, eligibility for employment within CCSNH and its institutions requires residency within a New England state.

Note: This position could be combined with the LNA Program Clinical Instructor.

LNA Program Classroom Lab Instructor- Spring, 2027

Course: Licensed Nursing Assistant Program

Location: Online and LRCC Nursing Lab

Instruction: The theory portion of the course is delivered online through the college’s learning management system, (LMS) Canvas and in the classroom lab. Online content consists of 22 hours of instruction. Lab content consists of 24 hrs of instruction for a total of 46 hours. Applicants may opt to apply for just the online portion of the course (22 hrs) or just the Lab potion of the course (24 hrs) or both the online and Lab portions for a total of 46 hrs.

Dates: 1/19/27-3/23/27

Online: Using Hartman’s Nursing Assistant Care: Long-Term Care and Home Care 5th edition curriculum create modules for students to complete their assignments and assessments each week of class per the syllabus. Monitor and provide feedback on the assignments which students must complete to meet the Board of Nursing requirements to pass the LNA class.

Lab/Theory: Tuesdays 1730-2030 PM with a make-up class the same week on Thursday for any cancelled Tuesday classes.

Minimum requirement: Licensed Practical Nurse

Must complete an NH Board of Nursing approved Train the Trainer Program

Must have 2 years’ experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill of any age with 1 year experience in the provision of long-term care (LTC) facility services;

Minimum requirement: Registered Nurse

Must have Associate degree nursing educational preparation

Must complete an NH Board of Nursing approved Train the Trainer Program

Must have 2 years’ experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill of any age with 1 year experience in the provision of long-term care (LTC) facility services

OR

Must have Baccalaureate nursing educational preparation

Must have 2 years experience working with the elderly or chronically ill of any age with 1 year experience in the provision of long-term care (LTC) facility services

All Candidates must have either an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse License in NH or multi-state nursing license from another compact state

Salary: The compensation rate is $800-$950 per contact hour. Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
