Working Pattern: Poland: Hybrid, 8 days on-site per month

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the design and standardization of end-to-end processes across key operational flows (Plan → Deliver → Fulfil).
Lead and implement automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Translate business requirements into scalable system and process solutions.
Foster cross-functional alignment and collaboration across stakeholders.
Support the development of business cases.

In this position you will earn no less than PLN 8900 gross/month
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Information Technology.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably combining exposure to IT and logistics environments.
Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Good project management and stakeholder management skills.
Digital and automation mindset, with familiarity in areas such as AI, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and data integration and flows.
Ability to effectively bridge business and technical domains, translating business requirements into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
