Management Associate
Responsibility:
- Analyze business, financial, payment, and operational data.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports and dashboards.
- Support financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
- Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
- Work with Finance, Payment, and Operations teams to improve processes and performance.
- Support strategic projects and gradually take ownership of broader business initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in Business Analytics, Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Payment Operations, or related areas.
- Strong experience working with data and financial/business analysis.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, reconciliation, and business performance.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
