Managing Partner — Vhennus Capital
Role: Managing Partner
Compensation: Management fee
Location: Remote
Vhennus is building an ecosystem of businesses, investments and communities to support its long-term vision of a new civilization. We are seeking a driven Managing Partner to help identify and execute strategic business acquisitions and partnerships.
- Source and evaluate acquisition opportunities and strategic business partnerships.
- Lead negotiations with business owners, sellers and potential partners.
- Identify and engage investors, funding partners and strategic corporate partners.
- Coordinate due diligence, deal structuring and transaction execution.
- Build relationships that support Vhennus's long-term growth and investment strategy.
- Experience in business development, M&A, corporate finance, investment management or entrepreneurship.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and deal-making skills.
- Ability to engage business owners and investors professionally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and a strong bias for execution.
Compensation will be negotiated based on the candidate's contribution, responsibilities and successful execution of transactions.
