Role Description:

The Marketing and Communications Associate is a hybrid role based in Islamabad, with flexibility for partial work from home.

Design and execute marketing campaigns and strategies. Develop creative ideas and turn them into action. Work on our programmes and incubation centre. Coordinate with speakers, mentors, and partners. Be a key point of contact for students. Create content and manage communications. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and learning something new every day.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Marketing and Marketing Communications, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies and brand messaging
• Skills to support responsive, professional interactions with partners, founders, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with common digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
