Job Description This is a remote position. LOGON Software Asia is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & CRM Specialist to support our marketing execution and customer data management. This role will work closely with management to plan and organize social media content, generate blog ideas, and maintain accurate, enriched CRM data to support sales and marketing activities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both creative content planning and structured data work . Requirements Key Responsibilities 1. Content & Social Media Planning Plan and organize social media content calendars (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.) Propose blog topics aligned with company products, customer needs, and industry trends Coordinate with internal teams to gather input for posts and blogs Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels 2. Blog & Content Support Outline blog structures and key talking points (writing support is a plus) Assist in basic editing, formatting, and publishing of blog posts Track content performance and suggest improvements 3. CRM Data Management Update, clean, and enrich CRM data (contacts, companies, industries, tags) Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and lead records Support segmentation for marketing campaigns and sales follow-ups Generate basic CRM reports when needed 4.
