Job title: Event Specialist — APAC & Regional Events

• Reporting to: Director of Events
• Primary focus: APAC event planning, regional activation, onsite execution, audience engagement, lead capture and follow-up
• Location: Hybrid / Singapore Office
• Years Experience: 3-5

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute APAC and regional events in alignment with Vantor’s global event strategy, campaigns, and business priorities.
• Manage event timelines, task lists, budgets, vendors, sponsorships, logistics and deliverables.
• Coordinate with regional Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Product, and partner teams.
• Adapt global messaging, campaigns and event experiences for local audiences while maintaining Vantor’s brand standards.
• Support event selection, planning and execution across conferences, trade shows, customer engagements, briefings, and partner events.
• Coordinate invitations, registration, audience development, account targeting, meeting setting, and pre-event communications.
• Manage onsite execution, including booth presence, signage, materials, speakers, sessions, customer meetings, and hospitality.
• Ensure accurate lead capture, data quality, qualification, routing, and timely Sales/BD follow-up.
• Track and report on attendance, engagement, meetings, leads, pipeline influence, and event performance.
• Conduct post-event reviews and document lessons learned to improve future regional activity.
• Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders, vendors, and partners across APAC.
• Manage multiple priorities across time zones, travel as needed and deliver high-quality work with urgency and attention to detail.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience executing events across APAC or other geographically distributed markets.
• Experience supporting events in technology, software, aerospace, defense, intelligence, data or other complex B2B environments.
• Strong project-management skills, with experience coordinating vendors, budgets, timelines, and multiple event workstreams.
• Experience working with regional Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Product, and partner teams.
• Experience with event registration, lead capture, CRM processes, and post-event reporting.
• Strong understanding of regional audience needs, cultural considerations and market dynamics.
• Experience supporting domestic and international travel and working across multiple time zones.
• Highly organized, collaborative, resourceful and comfortable managing hands-on event execution.
