Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns Manage and oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for improvement Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email, and content marketing Lead branding efforts to enhance company image and market position Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making Experience in content creation and brand management Familiarity with SEO/SEM and web analytics tools is a plus
