Marketing Manager
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven marker ting professional to develop, execute and analyze recruitment strategies for our accredited medical education content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage campaigns, timelines, and strategies.
- Oversee the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring and paid promotions.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, medical associations, and advertising partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize audience engagement and participation.
- Support purchasing, press releases, grant proposals, and branding initiatives.
- Analyze campaign results and spending to guide future marketing efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing and/or social media content creation
- Strong project and time management skills - able to simultaneously manage multiple projects
- Experience using social media for business
- Strong understanding and ability to create content for email, web, social, and print communications
- Experience with Brand to customer (B2C) marketing automation
- Experience with campaign analytics and reporting
- Basic knowledge and/or experience with the following: Selligent, Salesforce, HTML, Adobe suite, Customer relationship management (CRM) system, printing terminology, graphic design, google analytics, Content Stack, Canva, Hootsuite, Metricool, Microsoft Office, Eventbrite, Zoom.
Travel (domestic and international) may be required; travel requirements are based on the specifics of an awarded grant and may fall over weekends; early morning and late evening work may be required. As a salary position, overtime pay is not available; however, comp time and/or work-from-home privileges may be granted at manager’s discretion.
The annual base salary for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members. Employees living within a 50-mile radius to our office in Thorofare, NJ, will be scheduled to work at this location two days each week. Remote applicants are encouraged to apply.
