The role advances the division’s growth objectives by building brand awareness, generating demand, and strengthening engagement with distributors, dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and other industry stakeholders. Working closely with Sales, Product Development, Operations, Technical, Customer Service, and business leadership, the Marketing Manager translates market insights into integrated campaigns, product-launch plans, sales tools, digital programs, and channel initiatives. The role requires strong knowledge of building products or construction markets, disciplined project execution, analytical decision-making, and the ability to connect marketing activity with measurable commercial results.

Manage the annual marketing plan and budget, balancing strategic priorities with measurable commercial impact.
Demand Generation and Marketing Communications
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, public relations, trade shows, dealer programs, and other relevant channels. Lead content development for websites, product literature, advertising, videos, case studies, technical materials, and sales presentations. Strengthen website performance, search visibility, lead capture, marketing automation, and CRM integration. Coordinate lead-generation and lead-nurturing programs with Sales and monitor conversion through the commercial funnel.
Product Marketing and Commercialization
Develop go-to-market plans for new products, product enhancements, channel launches, and market expansions. Translate technical product features, code-compliance requirements, and sustainability attributes into clear customer value propositions. Partner with Product Development, Technical, Operations, and Sales to coordinate launch readiness, training, collateral, samples, and field support. Support portfolio, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle recommendations with market and customer insight.
Market Intelligence and Customer Engagement
Monitor construction trends, customer needs, competitor activity, channel dynamics, codes, standards, and emerging technologies. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research and convert findings into actionable recommendations. Build relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, builders, architects, specifiers, associations, and industry influencers. Plan and manage trade shows, customer events, dealer programs, product demonstrations, and industry partnerships.
Performance Management and Cross-Functional Leadership
Establish and report marketing KPIs, including campaign performance, qualified leads, conversion, digital engagement, brand reach, launch results, and return on marketing investment. Use analytics to improve campaign effectiveness, channel allocation, content strategy, and customer engagement. Partner with Sales to develop tools, training, presentations, and account-specific support that improve commercial execution. Manage agencies, vendors, freelancers, and other external resources to established scopes, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
