Responsibilities: · Provide Guidance: Offer strategic advice and guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs on various aspects of startup development, including business strategy, product development, market positioning, and growth strategies. · Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and coach to entrepreneurs, providing them with feedback, encouragement, and support as they tackle challenges and make critical decisions. · Share Experience: Share your own entrepreneurial journey, lessons learned, successes, and failures to inspire and educate entrepreneurs. Provide real-world examples and practical insights to help them navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. · Networking: Leverage your professional network to connect entrepreneurs with potential customers, partners, investors, mentors, and other resources. Provide mentorship on managing stress, balancing work-life priorities, and maintaining well-being. Qualifications: · Entrepreneurial Experience: Demonstrated experience as a successful entrepreneur, founder, or startup leader with a track record of building and scaling businesses. · Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge and expertise in a specific industry or domain relevant to the entrepreneurs you mentor.
