Merchandise Associate

Role Description The Merchandise Associate is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the presentation and performance of merchandise across online and/or physical channels. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions and pricing, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and inventory information. The role involves assisting with product categorization, updating promotional materials, and gathering feedback on customer preferences to help improve the overall merchandise strategy. The Merchandise Associate will collaborate with sales, customer service, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and support sales objectives, while maintaining organized records and reports on merchandise performance.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet part-time remote work expectations.
• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or customer-facing roles is an advantage; relevant vocational training or a diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
