  • Analyzing sell-through, margin, and inventory performance and bringing clear, actionable recommendations to your manager and cross-functional partners
  • Tracking assortment and line plan architecture targets and identifying opportunities within your category
  • Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Developing a stronger category point of view that drives more proactive recommendations on assortment, inventory positioning, and OTB
  • Contributing to hindsight and postmortem analysis that sharpens how the team tracks and forecasts category performance season over season
  • Are you our next Merchandise Planner?

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
  • You have 3-5+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Demand Planning, preferably in a global consumer goods or apparel environment
  • You have experience in category forecasting, OTB and inventory planning, and margin and profitability analysis, with experience with global and regional nuances
  • You have experience managing assortment and line plan architecture targets and understand how product structure connects to financial outcomes
  • You bring strong retail math fluency and solid data analytics capability, including the ability to conduct postmortem analysis and translate findings into forward-looking recommendations
  • You are a strong collaborator and build productive partnerships with cross-functional teams
  • You communicate your analysis and recommendations with clarity
  • You are commercially minded, identify opportunities within your category, and can drive strategic plans for your area through data-led performance tracking
  • Equal Opportunity
