About the Role

This is for a remote-first performance marketing agency working with e-commerce and lead generation clients. Google Ads is the established, high-performing side of our business while Meta is the side they're building out properly.

We're hiring the person who will lead that work.

This role comes with real influence over how we run Meta as an agency: the creative process, the briefing standards, and how accounts are structured and reported on. If you've spent the last few years executing someone else's playbook and want to write your own, this is that job.

What You'll Do

Own Meta performance for a portfolio of client accounts, including:

  • Budget ownership
  • Structure decisions, and direct client contact
  • Write creative briefs that tell our design team what concept to build and why, not just another size variant
  • Run accounts around concept-level creative diversity, proactive fatigue management, simplified account structure, and feature level performance reads
  • Maintain clean tracking through CAPI setup, event quality, and catalogue health
  • Help build the standards, templates and QA processes that support this function as it grows.

What You'll Need

  • Six or more years in paid social, most of it on Meta, with agency or multi-client experience. A working understanding of Andromeda and what it's changed about how you run campaigns. Examples of creative briefs you've written, the creative that came from them, and how they performed.
  • Working hours that cover both UK and US time.
  • Genuine remote work experience across time zones, since our team spans the UK, Latvia and India and most decisions happen in writing.
  • Daily, proper use of Asana and Slack or close equivalents.
  • A habit of using AI tools in your work, with clear opinions on where they help and where they don't.

Skills We'll Test For

  • Diagnosing creative performance from hook rate, hold rate and fatigue data, and turning that into actionable briefs.
  • Running a structured creative testing cadence that produces reusable learnings. Strong measurement literacy, including CAPI and event match quality, Meta versus GA4 discrepancies, attribution windows, and incrementality testing.
  • Comfort with contribution margin, new versus returning customer split, and MER. E-commerce stack fluency, including catalogue quality, Shopify data flows, and landing page awareness.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and dashboard skills such as Looker Studio.

Nice to Have

Experience with Motion, attribution tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam, Shopify, GA4, enough Google Ads knowledge to discuss channel mix, and prior client-facing experience presenting results.

Why Join Us

This is a high-autonomy role in a function that isn't yet fully built out, so the ceiling on your influence is high and the work is visibly yours. You'll see your decisions applied across a real client portfolio within weeks, reporting directly to agency leadership. Some of what you inherit will need fixing, and the first few months will be busier than the steady state.

We're fully remote, with flexible working hours as long as clients are happy and the work gets done. We provide a company laptop, training, and annual team getaways, and we're a genuinely AI-focused team that builds and uses its own tooling.
