Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using React, Node.js, and Next.js. Design and implement robust APIs and reusable front-end components. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Troubleshoot and debug production issues efficiently. Collaborate across teams in a remote-first, flexible schedule environment. Follow Git workflows and contribute to pull request processes. Job Requirements Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken) 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (or strong FE + meaningful BE). Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial Solid experience with React (hooks, reusable components, performance basics, clean architecture). Proficiency in Node.js (API design, services, error handling, authentication patterns). Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG concepts, routing, server/API handling). Familiarity with Git workflows and version control best practices. Knowledge of basic testing techniques (unit/integration) and handling production issues. Nice to have Experience with performance optimization (rendering, caching, efficient APIs). Understanding of scalable architecture patterns (e.g., queues, background jobs, monitoring). Background in agile or startup environments. PHP knowledge. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
