📍 Location: Hungary (100% remote option available) 🕐 Employment type: Full-time, permanent 💶 Compensation: European-level package, from 700k+ net/month (approx. 700k HUF) after your trial period (very experienced Senior Professional)

Are you a PPC expert who loves turning data into results? MarketingLens is a digital performance marketing agency looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of client campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (and other ad platforms).

You'll work alongside senior marketers — including former Google colleagues — on a varied portfolio of Hungarian and international clients, with real autonomy over strategy, optimization, and reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

📊 Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for a portfolio of clients 🔧 Handle daily campaign management tasks

🔍 Conduct keyword research and build out audience targeting strategies

📈 Implement and analyze conversion tracking to keep performance data accurate and actionable

📅 Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports to clients, translating data into clear insights on KPIs

💡 Identify and act on conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities across campaigns and landing pages

✅ What We're Looking For

🏆 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / PPC advertising 🇭🇺 Native Hungarian speaker with fluent English

📣 Demonstrated expertise managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

📉 Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

🧠 Solid understanding of PPC reporting and conversion tracking

🔬 Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

⭐ Nice to Have

🏷️ Experience implementing Google Tag Manager

🛒 Familiarity with tracking on WordPress, Shopify, or WooCommerce

📵 Experience with offline conversion tracking
