Middle Project Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland
Format: Hybrid, full-time
Seniority level: Middle

At EPC Network, we’re not just a digital marketing company, we’re a platform for career transformation and personal growth. Our people-first approach shapes our corporate culture, fostering a team of passionate, smart, and energetic individuals who strive to grow professionally in an international, fast-paced environment.

As a Middle Project Manager in our Marketing Technical Development department, you’ll be responsible for the backlog and delivery of our in-house products, taking features from a raw business request to release and real usage. This is a project + product manager hybrid: you own delivery, and you have both the right and the duty to drop a task or replace it with a more valuable one.

You will work closely with the Tech Lead, BA, QA, DevOps, an AI automation specialist and 6 developers (backend, fullstack, frontend), and report to the Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take in business requests, prioritize them and own the backlog.
  • Write development tasks (features, bugs); hand complex integration work over to the BA.
  • Triage incoming reports: bug, misuse or new need.
  • Run weekly planning with the Tech Lead and BA and track plan execution.
  • Remove blockers and raise delivery risks early.
  • Accept features together with QA and ship releases.
  • Bring features to end users: instructions, communication, post-release feedback.
  • Keep feature documentation in Confluence up to date.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years as a PM / Delivery Manager / PO in a product team with in-house development.
  • Track record of taking features from a raw business request to release and actual usage.
  • Backlog ownership and prioritization: able to push back or swap a task for a more valuable one, with arguments.
  • Writes dev-ready tasks independently: goal, scope / out of scope, acceptance criteria.
  • Technical foundation: backend/frontend, APIs, integrations, stage/prod; can check on their own whether something is a bug.
  • Hands-on Kanban/Agile: WIP limits, weekly planning, estimates.
  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
  • Active use of AI to speed up own work.
  • Comfortable with non-technical stakeholders and vague requests.
  • English: confident working communication.
What it means to be part of our Team:
  • Multinational and intercultural experience
  • Corporate library
  • Growth opportunities, cutting-edge frameworks and technologies
  • Plenty of engaging team-building and social events
  • Bonuses according to the policy
  • 21 paid vacation days & 14 paid sick leaves
  • Cozy office in Warsaw, Kyiv available for you whenever you need it
  • Coffee, tea, Red Bull, sweets, fruits, and more snacks
