About the Offer

We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Infrastructure Recovery) to join the team of our global client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will lead the Infrastructure Recovery Plan (IRP) track within a larger resilience programme, driving the planning, execution and sign-off of technology recovery tests, and delivering an add-on project that prepares dedicated laptops for infrastructure recovery scenarios.

Key Details:
  • Rate: up to 130 PLN/h (B2B)

  • Work Model: Hybrid, min. 60% office presence, full-time (40h/week)

  • Location: Gdańsk (preferred), Gdynia, Warsaw or Łódź

Responsibilities:

IRP track project management

  • Facilitate daily check-ins within the IRP track and recurring status meetings with key programme stakeholders, Business Continuity & Crisis Management and the IRP owner (IT Service Continuity Management)

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on behalf of the track

  • Align programme expectations with ongoing progress, remove obstacles, manage IRP team resources, and adjust plans and mitigate risks as new developments arise

IRP track deliverables

  • Scope, plan, schedule, prepare and execute both technical and non-technical recovery tests

  • Ensure test reports are created and signed off, including remediation actions

  • Drive the transition to maintenance and complete the handover to the IRP owner once target transfers are approved

Add-on project: laptops for infrastructure recovery

  • Ensure completion of two SOPs, one for Device Services and one for Onsite Support, including development and testing of the full solution based on USB devices, clean laptops and Microsoft Autopilot profiles

  • Finalise work instructions for maintenance triggers and controls of the solution

  • Update the IRP to align with the new solution described in the SOPs

  • Drive the transition to maintenance and handover of solution ownership to the IRP owner

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager with a solid understanding of technology and infrastructure recovery processes

  • Proven experience defining, developing and executing complex testing of technology recovery plans

  • 3+ years of experience in business continuity and resilience, including development and testing frameworks and documentation

  • Hands-on experience with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery or Operational Resilience in the financial services sector (must-have)

  • Ability to develop materials such as processes, procedures, policies and frameworks

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders within technology teams and aligning plans and deliveries across projects

  • Good communication skills and advanced English

  • Proactive attitude, strong teamwork and accountability for delivering assigned tasks within project deadlines
