What you'll be doing
Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end project delivery—scope, schedule, resources, and outcomes.
- Build integrated delivery plans reflecting dependencies, milestones, and constraints.
- Drive delivery cadence, transparency, and on-time execution.
Governance & Reporting
- Run standard project governance (RAID, change control, dependencies).
- Produce concise portfolio reports and executive-level status updates.
- Ensure alignment with Technology governance frameworks and controls.
Financial & Portfolio Management
- Manage project forecasting, tracking, and variance across Opex/Capex.
- Maintain accuracy in Clarity and Excel project reporting.
- Identify and escalate financial risks and opportunities promptly.
Stakeholder & Communication
- Engage global stakeholders across Architecture, Service Management, Risk, and Finance.
- Ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, and baseline plans.
- Communicate complex technical topics clearly to senior audiences.
Operational Readiness
- Oversee cutover and transition activities to minimise service disruption.
- Secure sustainable handover to operations (support model, readiness, documentation).

Who we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience delivering technology infrastructure projects
- Proven success leading Data Centre or Storage transformation initiatives
- Strong grasp of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrixed global environment
- Proficient with Clarity, Excel, and standard project reporting tools
- Strong financial acumen (forecasting, variance tracking, cost management)
Nice to have
- Experience in Financial Services / Banking
- Familiarity with Office 365 suite and related productivity tools
