MLOps Engineer

We are hiring an MLOps Engineer to own the CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and real-time model monitoring that keeps complex AI applications running at peak efficiency on a 12-month hybrid/remote contract (with option to renew).

As an MLOps Engineer, you will be the operational backbone of our AI platform engineering team. You will build automated CI/CD pipelines, provision environments using Infrastructure-As-Code, manage model deployment registries, and track real-time telemetry to prevent performance degradation.

The Tech Stack Deep-Dive

Must-Haves:

• Automation & CI/CD: CI/CD pipeline engineering, automated testing, and release management for AI workloads.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): IaC scripting to automate and provision AI development and runtime environments.
• Model Operations: Model deployment registries, feature stores, and automated retraining workflows.
• Monitoring & Observability: Real-time dashboards tracking latency, model drift, and performance degradation.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Incident Management: Production incident response protocols aimed at maintaining 99.5% availability and rapid MTTR.
• Governance & Standards: Model versioning, audit trail evidence, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate AI Delivery: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated test suites, and enterprise model registries.
• Provision Infrastructure: Write IaC scripts to rapidly spin up and maintain scalable AI platforms and execution environments.
• Track Model Drift: Implement real-time monitoring dashboards to detect latency spikes, accuracy loss, and model degradation.
