Role Description This part-time Mortgage Consultant role at WayzFinder is a hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The Mortgage Consultant will advise clients on mortgage options, assess their financial profiles, and recommend suitable lending solutions aligned with their needs and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, reviewing documentation, preparing mortgage applications, and coordinating with lenders and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth approval process. The role also involves monitoring market trends, explaining complex financing terms in accessible language, and maintaining accurate records in line with compliance standards. The Mortgage Consultant will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service, follow up on leads, and support clients throughout the full mortgage lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, including products, processes, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience in Finance and Mortgage Lending, with the ability to analyze financial information and assess creditworthiness.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a client-centered approach and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time independently and collaborating with in-office and remote teams.
• Prior experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services in the UAE market is highly beneficial.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
