Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs are of the highest quality, both in terms of design and in alignment with the brand's vision and objectives. Timely Deliverables: Adhere to tight schedules and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time without compromising on quality. Budget Adherence: Produce high-quality work that adheres to the allocated budget. Contribute to the team's cost-saving goals and ensure consistent financial efficiency in creative production. Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to optimize processes and reduce production costs without sacrificing quality. Achieve set monthly cost-saving targets. Required Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in motion design, preferably within the mobile gaming industry. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effect) Strong understanding of mobile game aesthetics and user experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
