Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Video & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality video and graphic content across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva, a sharp eye for visual storytelling, and a passion for experimenting with new creative techniques and AI-powered tools. You should be comfortable taking a concept from idea to finished asset while balancing creativity, brand consistency, deadlines, and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other digital channels.
Edit and enhance video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Create graphics, social media assets, thumbnails, presentations, and other visual materials using Canva.
Transform raw footage, concepts, scripts, and creative briefs into polished and engaging content.
Apply strong visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, typography, composition, and sound design principles.
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and platform-specific assets.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other internal teams to develop content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Review creative performance and feedback, then make revisions and improvements when needed.
Stay current with emerging design, video editing, social media, and visual content trends.
Explore and implement AI-powered tools that can improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of the creative workflow.
Maintain organized project files, source assets, templates, and final deliverables.
Required QualificationsVideo Editing
3+ years of professional experience in video editing, multimedia design, graphic design, or a related creative role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro — MUST HAVE.
Experience editing short-form and long-form video content.
Strong understanding of video pacing, transitions, audio, color correction, typography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to take raw footage and turn it into compelling, polished content.
Graphic & Photo Editing
Strong proficiency in Canva — MUST HAVE.
Experience creating social media graphics, thumbnails, marketing materials, presentations, and other digital assets.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple content formats.
AI & Creative Technology
Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into creative workflows.
Familiarity with AI applications for tasks such as:
AI voice enhancement and cleanup
Auto-captioning and transcription
Auto-framing and smart editing
Generative fill and image manipulation
AI-assisted script and copy generation
AI image/video generation
Asset creation and creative ideation
Workflow automation
Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve efficiency without compromising creative quality.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Adobe After Effects.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Understanding of different video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform specifications.
Experience working with remote teams and managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
