This position combines hands-on production with strategy development, project management, and process ownership. Responsibilities include managing the firm’s photo and video release process, helping develop and manage a new podcast, and serving as the lead technical producer for webinars using Zoom Webinar.

The Multimedia Marketing Manager collaborates with the Marketing team, Chief Growth Officer, Directors (the firm’s partners), and professional staff across offices to translate ideas and business objectives into engaging content. The role also contributes to consistent creative standards and effective collaboration across multimedia projects.

Essential Functions:

Multimedia planning and production

  • Partner with Marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, audiences, messages, deliverables, and production timelines.
  • Lead end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and preparation for distribution.
  • Produce photography and capture b-roll to support marketing initiatives and build the firm’s library of reusable content.
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, backdrops, and other studio and on-location production equipment.
  • Create motion graphics and supporting visual assets that align with the firm’s brand standards.
  • Adapt and repurpose content across channels, including short-form video, podcast clips, webinar excerpts, and supporting imagery.
  • Incorporate accessibility practices, including captions, transcripts, and readable on-screen content, as appropriate to each format.

Podcast strategy and production

  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop the strategy, format, audience, editorial approach, and production plan for a new firm podcast.
  • Manage podcast production workflows, including scheduling, recording, audio and video editing, quality review, and publishing coordination.
  • Help prepare hosts and guests through episode outlines, technical guidance, and recording support.
  • Partner with Marketing colleagues on podcast promotion, content repurposing, and performance review to inform future episodes.

Webinar production

  • Serve as the firm’s lead technical producer for webinars using Zoom Webinar.
  • Configure webinar sessions and production settings, coordinate technical rehearsals, and prepare presenters and panelists.
  • Manage live production, including audio and video checks, screen sharing, transitions, recordings, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with Marketing colleagues and program owners on registration, audience communications, polls, Q&A, and other session requirements.
  • Prepare recordings and related assets for on-demand use and support post-event production and reporting.

Photo and video releases

  • Own and administer the firm’s photo and video release workflow using firm-approved forms and procedures.
  • Coordinate the collection, tracking, and storage of releases and document usage permissions or restrictions.
  • Verify release status before assets are published and coordinate questions or exceptions with the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear connections between release records and the related media assets.

Production operations and collaboration

  • Manage production schedules, project priorities, review cycles, and stakeholder communication across concurrent assignments.
  • Coordinate Studio Blue and Mobile Studio Blue equipment needs, readiness, maintenance, and production logistics.
  • Maintain organized media files, project files, and final assets using consistent naming, storage, and archiving practices.
  • Guide presenters and collaborators through the production process, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal creative contributors and external production partners as needed.
  • Recommend workflow improvements and evaluate content performance with the Marketing team.
