You will join a team focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM), providing support to users through the Saviynt Identity Platform. You will work closely with the Saviynt team to assist with identity and access-related requests, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day IAM operations.
This role will give you the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge of Saviynt and Identity Governance, while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the Saviynt Identity Platform and IAM-related processes.
- Assist users with access requests, access provisioning, entitlements, and identity-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and follow up on Saviynt incidents and service requests.
- Support Identity Governance and Access Management processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve access-related issues.
- Follow security policies, access controls, and least-privilege principles.
- Provide support and guidance to users in Spanish.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Platform.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with Service Desk or technical support.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud environments.
- Experience with other IAM/IGA technologies or identity platforms.
