Role Description The Nigeria Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote contract role focused on establishing and managing a Lingua Learn virtual language school in Nigeria. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local marketing activities, coordinating client acquisition, and managing relationships with individual and corporate clients. The partner will organize and schedule online language courses, ensure consistent quality of service, and collaborate with Lingua Learn’s central team for training, curriculum, and platform support. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, adapting offerings to local market needs, and implementing brand standards and operational guidelines. Franchise partners are expected to proactively grow the business, explore new opportunities, and maintain compliance with Lingua Learn policies and local regulations.
Qualifications

• Strong business development and entrepreneurial skills, including experience in building or managing a small business or franchise.
• Marketing and sales capabilities, with the ability to promote online services, attract clients, and develop partnerships with local organizations.
• Operational and organizational skills to oversee daily virtual school activities, manage schedules, and coordinate instructors and clients.
• Digital literacy and comfort working with online platforms, virtual communication tools, and basic data reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and familiarity with local Nigerian languages considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of the education or training sector is beneficial, especially experience with online learning environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate accountability, and align with Lingua Learn’s quality and service standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Languages, or a related field is preferred but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
