Role Description

The Growth and Partnership Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving user and revenue growth through strategic collaborations and initiatives. In this role, the associate will identify, evaluate, and onboard new partner pharmacies, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. They will manage partner relationships, coordinate joint campaigns, and monitor performance metrics to optimize growth and retention. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, analyzing data to uncover growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams (such as marketing, product, and operations), and preparing regular reports and presentations on partnership outcomes. The associate will also contribute to the refinement of growth strategies, support sales efforts, and help improve processes that enhance the overall partner and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and measure partnership performance.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to build relationships, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Growth Hacking and Sales skills to design, test, and scale initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate multiple partnerships, campaigns, and cross-functional activities effectively.
• Relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within technology, e-commerce, or healthcare sectors is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces, digital tools, and basic CRM or analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
