Role Description The Odoo Sales role is a full-time, remote. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting Odoo solutions to prospective clients, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, following up on opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping. The Odoo Sales professional will also provide basic training and guidance to new clients, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to sales forecasts and performance reporting. The role requires active engagement with local and regional businesses to expand market presence and support client success.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate agreements, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver clear product demonstrations and support client onboarding for Odoo solutions.
• Experience selling ERP or Odoo-based solutions, or other business software platforms, is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of business processes in areas such as accounting, inventory, and operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
