On-Site Content Creator (Fresh Graduates & Interns)

Swole Spartan is one of Pakistan’s growing supplement and fitness brands, and we’re building our creative team.

We’re looking for creative, curious, and driven Content Creators who understand social media, enjoy experimenting with ideas, and want to create content that people actually watch.

Whether you're a fresh graduate, a final-year student, or looking for an internship to gain practical experience, we care more about your creativity, potential, and work samples than the number of years on your CV.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A FULL-TIME, ONSITE ROLE.

📍 Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi/Islamabad

🏢 Work arrangement: Onsite at our office, Monday to Saturday as per company schedule

⏰ Commitment: Full-time attendance is mandatory, including for internship candidates.

Remote, hybrid, and work-from-home arrangements are not available. If you cannot commute to our office and work onsite every day, please do not apply.

What you'll do

• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Research trends, memes, hooks, and content formats relevant to fitness and lifestyle audiences.
• Develop creative ideas, scripts, captions, and concepts for videos.
• Participate in filming and confidently appear on camera when required.
• Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or other suitable editing software.
• Experiment with different content styles and learn from performance analytics.
• Help build an engaging community around the Swole Spartan brand.
• Use modern creative tools, including AI, to improve your workflow.

What we're looking for

• A fresh graduate, final-year student, or aspiring creator seeking a full-time internship.
• Basic hands-on content creation and video editing skills.
• A genuine interest in Instagram, TikTok, fitness, memes, and internet culture.
• Creativity, good storytelling instincts, and an understanding of what grabs attention.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned work.
• Confidence in communicating ideas and participating in video shoots.
• Ability and willingness to work full-time from our Rawalpindi/Islamabad office.

You don't need years of experience or an impressive degree. Personal projects, university work, and content you've created on your own all count.
