OneStream XF Application Support & Administrator

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced OneStream XF Application Support & Administrator to support enterprise financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide application support and administration for OneStream XF
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial reporting, and consolidation
• Manage and troubleshoot workflows, data loads, business rules, calculations, allocations, dimensions, cubes, and reporting
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and SQL-based troubleshooting
• Manage metadata, security, user provisioning, and access controls
• Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and financial data flows
• Handle incidents, service requests, change management, testing, and release validation
• Work closely with Finance and Business stakeholders during planning and reporting cycles

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in OneStream XF application support and administration.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Experience troubleshooting: Workflows, Data loads, Business Rules, Calculations, Allocations, Dimensions, Cubes, Reporting
• Experience with data validation and financial reconciliation.
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SQL-based troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience with metadata management.
• Experience with security administration, user provisioning, and access controls.
• Experience monitoring integrations, batch jobs, and financial data flows.
• Experience with incident, service request, change, testing, and release management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
