Online Community Specialist

Role Description The Online Community Specialist will manage and grow digital communities focused on career opportunities in Uzbekistan’s industrial sectors. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule. Day-to-day tasks include moderating social media groups and online forums, responding to community inquiries, and sharing updates on new vacancies and industry insights. The role also involves engaging with community members to understand their needs, facilitating discussions, and providing timely, professional support. The Online Community Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align community messaging with organizational goals and help improve engagement metrics through data-driven recommendations.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to respond clearly, professionally, and empathetically to community members’ questions and concerns.
• Candidates should possess solid Community Management experience to moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and support safe, inclusive online spaces.
• Experience with social media platforms, online forums, and basic analytics tools is beneficial for monitoring engagement and optimizing community activities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks in a fast-paced environment are important.
• Familiarity with industrial sectors such as energy, construction, or engineering in Central Asia or similar markets is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of regional languages (e.g., Russian or Uzbek) is a plus.
