Senior Mobile UA Lead

Role Description The Senior Mobile UA Lead is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition strategies for mobile apps, including managing paid campaigns across major ad networks and platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance data, running A/B tests, refining audience targeting, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to improve conversion and retention. The Senior Mobile UA Lead will also oversee creative briefing for ad assets, monitor budgets and ROI, and provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in mobile user acquisition, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis across key ad networks and platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret KPIs, run A/B tests, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Candidates should possess experience in mobile marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and collaboration with product and creatives.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with attribution and analytics tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, Firebase) and best practices in tracking and measurement.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present results clearly and influence cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Proven track record in leading mobile UA for consumer apps or digital products, preferably in high-growth or tech-focused environments.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving business needs.
