Role Description Online English & Phonics Teachers at Welearn Language Academy deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons that develop learners’ reading, pronunciation, and overall English language skills. Teachers design and implement daily lesson plans, introduce and practice phonics rules, guide students through interactive activities, and assess progress through informal and formal evaluations. The role includes preparing teaching materials, providing constructive feedback to learners, communicating with guardians or stakeholders when needed, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza, requiring consistent classroom presence and collaboration with colleagues and academic coordinators.
