Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Operations Analyst will support operational efficiency by monitoring processes, analyzing operational data, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth execution across teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are detail-oriented, structured, and interested in operations, process improvement, and business execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business and product operations activities.
Track operational metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
Assist in coordinating workflows across product, engineering, and business teams.
Document operational processes, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
Identify process gaps and support efficiency improvement initiatives.
Assist in resolving operational issues and escalations.
Support reporting and data analysis for operational decision-making.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional meetings.
Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience (internships or academic projects included).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of business operations or process management.
Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (data tracking and reporting)
Basic data analysis and reporting
Process mapping and documentation
KPI tracking and dashboard understanding
Familiarity with Agile workflows
Exposure to tools such as Jira or similar task management systems (preferred)
Basic understanding of business process improvement concepts.
