Role Description

The Operation Executive is a contract role responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities and ensuring smooth execution of business processes. Based in WP. Kuala Lumpur in a hybrid arrangement, the role combines on-site collaboration with flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. Key responsibilities include coordinating internal workflows, tracking project timelines and deliverables, maintaining operational documentation, and assisting with process improvement initiatives. The Operation Executive will liaise with consultants and other team members to support client engagements, prepare reports and operational updates, and help manage resource allocation and administrative tasks. This position also involves monitoring operational performance, identifying issues or bottlenecks, and recommending practical solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to support daily activities, optimize processes, and coordinate cross-functional workflows.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and provide insights that inform operational decisions.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in WP. Kuala Lumpur, demonstrating reliability, time management, and self-direction when working remotely.
• Relevant experience in business operations, consulting, or administrative coordination; exposure to cross-border or international business environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management or collaboration software) and strong attention to detail.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
